Delete your account and data

You can delete your Big Broh account and all of your family’s data at any time, from the app or without it. You can also ask us to delete only some of your data and keep your account.

Delete everything from the app

On the parent’s phone (iPhone or Android):

  1. Open Big Broh and open the menu.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Under Account management, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Delete account and family data.

This signs every device in your family out straight away, including your children’s paired phones. The Roblox lock on a child’s phone is lifted the next time Big Broh runs there.

Delete everything without the app

Email legal@broh.aifrom the email address you use to sign in to Big Broh, with the subject “Delete my Big Broh account”. If you write from another address we will ask you to confirm the request from the account’s address first, so nobody else can delete your family’s data. We confirm by email when the deletion is done.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to close your account to remove data. Email legal@broh.aifrom your account’s address and tell us what to delete, for example:

  • everything about one child (their profile, alerts and summaries);
  • stored session recordings, if you opted in to keeping them;
  • alerts and summaries before a certain date.

In the app you can also stop monitoring a child at any time: in Profile, remove the child from Big Broh. That signs out their devices and stops all watching; email us if you also want their past data deleted.

What is deleted

  • your account and sign-in details (and, if you used them, your Sign in with Apple or Google link);
  • your children’s profiles and paired devices;
  • alerts and summaries about your children;
  • any stored session recordings.

What we keep, and for how long

Deleted data is removed or de-identified within 30 days of your request, except where the law requires us to keep a record. Screen images from watched sessions are never kept unless you opted in to recordings: they are analysed and deleted, normally within minutes.
